PTPTN Lifts Exemptions

National Higher Education Loan Fund a.k.a. PTPTN (or for some PTPTpu) has lifted exemptions given to borrowers who obtain first class degrees from repayment. The new motto is Now, everybody has to pay ;-)

They claim that too many students has excel in their studies, and up to last year 2,464 students who borrowed RM5.5mil had been exempted.
