This year, I am trying to learn as much as possible by joining seminars and conventions related to business and entrepreneurship. I’ve attended seminars by Dr. Azizan Osman and they are superb. As someone who has a day job (salary earner), I still have plans for retirement by having my own business some day.

Earlier this year, my other half suggested that I enroll in the Konvensyen Jutawan Awesome (Awesome Millionaire Convention) organized by a company named iluvislam.com

And so I did. A few weeks after that I received an email from iluvislam.com saying that they have to postpone the event to a date yet to be determined.

So I asked for a refund and sent them a few emails as reminder. Until today, nothing. It has been almost 3 months.

The fee is affordable, but RM100 is still money. I don’t think it’s worth the energy and time to report and pursue at the Tribunal for Consumer Claims and it can cost more than RM100 to seek justice.

I am quite surprised since this is a respectable company, and has the name Islam in it. I have always disagreed on allowing commercial entities to have the name of a religion in it unless it’s a government body. I am unsure about iluvislam.com but right now I strongly think that they should change their name if they want to continue to do scams like this.

I am disappointed. Everyone should be very careful trying to deal with them. It’s best to avoid. They are a disgrace to Islam.

Biar Allah sahaja yang membalas dosa mereka menipu orang yang ingin belajar. Saya hanya berkongsi bagi mengelakkan lebih ramai ditipu.
